Email Marketing Service Like Aweber But Pay-per-email Rather Than Monthly Fees?

Hi,
I’m looking to run small email campaigns – few subscribers, infrequent mail-outs. Because of the small scale I don’t want to pay aweber’s $20 per month minimum, but instead pay per email. Can anyone recommend a good service with 1) high delivery rates, and 2) open & click statistics?

you should try bigresponse.com for smaller campaigns – free to start. for huge campaigns, i would recommend interspire email marketer – seems to be most popular amongst my colleagues.
