I looked at the site and it i can it is fairly new cuz they are still working on it. but there is an email for those interested in career opportunities. there was no name so how can i start of the email? and end it? its for a sales and marketing position.

Just say Hello and that you were interested in one of the positions that were posted. Attach a resume or add any info they want, add a “thank you for your consideration.” at the end.

Yeah, it’s likely the job opportunity is bogus or at least you’re just putting your information into a bottomless pit among other candidates. There are a lot of companies that send out general Sales and Marketing mass emails to individuals on Monster or other job search sites that don’t really have a solid job lined up behind it. Or at least, the job will end up being something you pay a fee for more information on or possibly it’s just a straight commission sales job (which you probably wouldn’t want in any case).

little unsure if this site sounds credible if no name is given .
but just inlcude a nice resume and cover letter when you apply .

You can start by… Dear Recruiter, or Dear Hiring Manager etc. if you do not know the name of the recruiter. Yes, than you just add or cut and paste your resume and “send”.
Emails can also be less formal, however, to the point and polite. Your resume and CV does most of the talking initially.
