I have what I beleive to be a good sales and marketing plan for a new type of business. I have spoken to the owner and he ask for any Ideas I had for both in our first conversation over the phone. My goal is to implement the plan and work as an independant agent with his company. I have given ideas to others before and they have used them to make money and did not include me in the profits. I don’t want this to happen again. He seems honest but “once burned” as they say. I want to protect myself, but I also really want him to see my plan because this is an industry I want to get into and feel this is my chance. How do I go about letting him look at the plan but insure if it is used without me I have legal recourse. I do not want to be to forceful in having him sign some big legal contract after only one conversation.
